P.E.K.K.A is considered as the main win condition of the whole deck. This card is very good at playing on both offense and defense, and no troops can beat it easily due to its high health and strength. If you play on defense, be sure to place it against tanks like Giant, Golem, and others. P.E.K.K.A is really good at cutting off the head of any tank. Not swarms since most of the units will draw away P.E.K.K.A because she can’t recharge fast.

The same goes for the Witch! It is able to call for Skeletons and totally draw away P.E.K.K.A.


This is the unit that always links with Dark Prince. Most of the time, it will be utilized on offense. If you combine it with P.E.K.K.A and Dark Prince, it will work very well since it will perform the main push. Prince will move extremely fast and can inflict high damage. When the Dark Prince is in the push, he will become very handy because he can deal splash damage to destroy many swarms like Skeleton Army. In addition, using Dark Prince for defense is nice too. It will support Sparky shot due to its amazing shield.


This is a crucial defender of the deck. The Wizard is able to take out a lot of swarms effortless. However, the disadvantage of this card is that it can be defeated by other popular spells, such as lightning, rocket, and fireball.

Ice Wizard

This card is a legendary one! You can use it to make the troops move slowly, and when you combine it with P.E.K.K.A, it can work very well. Ice Wizard can be defeated by Rocket, Fireball, and Lightning, which is its main drawback.  But its advantage is that this card only costs 3 Elixir.


Zap is a spell in the deck and it only costs 2 Elixir. You can use Zap to decrease the health of Minion Horde, and Zap can help you destroy Skeleton Army in just only one hit. In addition, Zap is able to reset charges of plenty of cards, such as Princes, Inferno Tower, and Sparky.

Skeleton Army

This is a card that is very great at fighting off lots of other cards, such as Royal Giant, Hog Rider, and Giant. Use it to fight off Golem. However, be careful when you confront with other spells and splash damage units because they can take out your Skeleton Army easily. This card only costs 3 Elixir.

Minion Horde

Minion Horde has high DPS. It is able to fight off many things when it’s played wisely. You should be careful when you meet Arrows, Zap and Fire Spirits because they will knock out your Minion Horde easily. Size small minions can inflict high damage. It can be used to fight against Lava Hound, Graveyard, and tanks.

Overall plan for the game

When playing on offense

Throughout the double Elixir time, you should perform the god push, consisting of Dark Prince, P.E.K.K.A, Dark Prince, or even Wizard and Ice Wizard.

Before the double Elixir time, you should play in a gentle way. Try to create small pushes, such as Prince and Dark Prince. If you learn that the enemy sends out Golem or Lava Hound and place them from behind, be sure to use your Prince and Dark Prince on the opposing side.

When playing on defense

You need to be an intelligent player with good strategies when you play on defense. These cards, such as Ice Wizard, Wizard, Minion Horde and Zap, will all become very effective for other cards, including Minion Horde, Skeleton Army as well as many swarms. Don’t overcommit if you are trying to protect against other decks. But you can do that when you play on offense, especially during the double elixir time.

P.E.K.K.A will become extremely handy when it’s played defensively. You should send it if you know your rival places a tank. The P.E.K.K.A is good at destroying tanks. P.E.K.K.A can help you fight off Royal Giant, Giant, Golem and so on. You need to play on defense appropriately.


Lava Hound

Lava Hound can be considered as one of the most common cards used by a lot of players. Your Minion Horde and Ice Wizard can be used to protect against it. It is kind of an adequate deck, however, it won’t be able to beat Lava Hound decks. In addition, Wizard can help you fight against the swarms too. If your Minion Horde is aimed at arrows, you should put down Wizard quickly. It can destroy the Lava Hound, and all the little pups will be knocked out in an effortless way. Playing right against it won’t make you absorb much damage.

Hog Cycle

Skeleton Army, Minion Horde or even P.E.K.K.A may be the best and outstanding cards to play. If P.E.K.K.A is put down, it will help you counter the attacks. Maybe you won’t have many issues with the Hog Rider. However, if your tower is seized by him, just don’t get panicked. You should perform your god push and attempt to take the tower or the King Tower.

Spell Bait

With Dark Prince in your hands, you won’t find it hard! Your Dark Prince is able to wipe out many traps and baits of your enemy. Wizard can be a handy card for you as well. You need to make a good use of all units which inflict area damage.

Royal Giant/Other Tanks

You are suggested to put down your P.E.K.K.A. However if it’s not in the rotation yet, you should start to cycle back the P.E.K.K.A. Keep your P.E.K.K.A safe because this card can help you deal with some tanks, such as Royal Giant. You can cope with the supports by employing Wizard and Zap.

Miner Control

You need to gain control over their protective units and buildings. Lots of units coming from your god push will help you inflict high damage, which will destroy many units standing in your pathway. Be sure to keep the Miner safe with Ice Wizard or even Minion Horde.


Employ Minion Horde, Dark Prince, and even Wizard wisely. Normally, Graveyard won’t pose a threat to you, but if the enemy owns Poison, there will be a chance for it to become an issue. In that case, you need to utilize your Dark Prince and Ice Wizard. These cards can help you stop the enemy from gaining positive Elixir trades. Keep creating your push all the time!
